The hotel is located in the heart of a beautiful mountainous area with a convenient location right in front of the ski area. Its proximity to the ski lift is a major advantage for skiing enthusiasts.

Some guests had issues with the staff, especially the manager, being impolite and unprofessional.

Nice room in golf. Here we were close to few of our favorite spots such as Castel Beseno.

The position is the drawcard, right at the base of the ski slopes. The service in the restaurant was excellent. Our young waiter was always polite and very cheerful in his work. Once only did we go to the bar but on that occasion met a very charming barman who we enjoyed talking to very much.

Unfortunately the excellent staff and position aren't enough to make us want to return. How this has been rated a four star hotel is beyond us. To the right of the reception desk the small cosy sitting room looked inviting until we got closer and saw the fabric of not one but every armchair was ripped hence we decided not to sit there after all. Our room was in the residence with hotel formula and was well laid out but just a note for a ski hotel there were 2 hooks on the wall in the hall.There was a wonderful room with a wardrobe at the entrance which would have been fantastic for the ski clothes but not one hook or coat hanger! A little extra thought about customer comfort would make a big difference..The food was not bad but also not four star. For example the juice at breakfast was water cordial orange. Even two star hotels for a lot less cost offer at least concentrate juice. Coffee was not drinkable.

Convenient location; easy access to the ski slopes and amenities. Large family rooms with a well-equipped kitchen.

Extremely disappointing and dirty room. Poor quality meals served at dinner.

The location of this hotel is breathtaking, nestled amidst beautiful mountains. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were always helpful and friendly. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The spa and wellness center was a great addition, offering a relaxing escape. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was right in front of the ski area, just a few steps away from the ski lift. The hotel was also very close to the ski slope and in the center of this city. We had no trouble finding it at all. The hotel facilities were great, including a spa and pool. Cleanliness was not an issue either. The staff were very helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and making sure we had a great stay.

My partner and I had a great time at this ski resort hotel. We loved the convenient location , it was just a short walk to the ski lifts and there were plenty of restaurants and ski rental options nearby. the view from our room was breathtaking , we could see the snowy mountains from our window. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and cozy.

We were a little disappointed with the breakfast options , there weren't many fresh fruit choices and the coffee wasn't great. we had a bit of trouble with the heating in our room , it was a little too cold at night.

The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Convenient location, right across from the chairlift. Child-friendly with mini disco and children's club. Ski train to village. Delightful Italian village nearby.
